Cukinijų suktinukai yra klasikinis vasaros užkandis. Juose dera minkšta kepta cukinija ir ryškaus skonio kreminis kiaušinio įdaras.
Tokie suktinukai puikiai tinka ir įprastai vakarienei namuose, ir šventiniam stalui. Jie gražiai atrodo ir nėra sudėtingi paruošti.
Suktinukų įdaras yra klasikinis – virti kiaušiniai ir tarkuotas sūris. Kiaušiniai suteikia kreminio švelnumo, o sūris – aromato, skonio gilumo ir šiek tiek druskos. Kad įdaras būtų sultingas, dažnai dedama šiek tiek česnako, majonezo arba grietinės
. Rezultatas – puikaus skonio ir gražios išvaizdos patiekalas. Jį galima patiekti ir karštą, ir šaltą.
Papasakosime, kaip gaminti cukinijų suktinukus tešloje
Ingredients:
- cukinijos – 3 vnt;
- Kiaušiniai – 3 vnt;
- Miltai – 100 g.
Įdarui skirti ingredientai:
- Virtus kiaušinius – 4 vnt;
- lydytas sūris – 2 vnt;
- česnakas – 10 skiltelių;
- Majonezas – 1,5 valg;
- grietinė – 1,5 valg;
- Druska – ⅓ šaukštelio;
- krapų – saujelė;
- Pomidoras – 1 vnt.
Cukinijų suktinukų paruošimas:
Supjaustykite cukiniją 3-5 mm storio ilgomis plokštelėmis. Įmuškite kiaušinius, pagal skonį įberkite druskos ir pipirų
. Plokšteles pamirkykite miltuose, paskui kiaušinyje ir vėl miltuose. Dėkite plokšteles į keptuvę su augaliniu aliejumi, kepkite po 2-3 min. iš kiekvienos pusės.
Iškeptas cukinijas sudėkite ant popierinio rankšluosčio, kad nutekėtų riebalų perteklius. Įdarui sutarkuokite kietai virtus kiaušinius ir lydytą sūrį
. Į įdarą įspauskite česnako skilteles, įberkite druskos ir pipirų. Suberkite krapus ir įmaišykite į faršą
. Į faršą sudėkite majonezą ir grietinę, gerai išmaišykite. Pomidorą supjaustykite 3-4 mm storio griežinėliais
. Į cukinijų lėkštes dėkite įdaro, nesiekiančio 1 cm krašto.
Ant įdaro dėkite pomidorų griežinėlius ir susukite į ritinėlį. Suktinuko galą sutvirtinkite dantų krapštuku.
Jei norite, kiekvieną suktinuką galite papuošti petražolių šakele.
Tai skanus užkandis per šventes ar vakarienę su šeima.
